Manuel D. Santiago, M.D. -- Dr. Santiago,
a graduate of University of Pennsylvania
Medical School, completed his
Ophthalmology residency at the University
of Chicago.  His interests include glaucoma
and diabetic retinopathy, and he practices
the most advanced cataract and laser
surgical techniques.
